Who is Jesus?

Maybe you’ve asked this question before and you’re still not sure of the answer. There are many words the Bible uses to describe Jesus: Savior, King, Prince of Peace, Helper, Deliverer, Good Shepherd, and that’s just a few. Perhaps the most important thing to understand about Jesus is His unconditional love. That is the cornerstone of who He is and the motivation for what He did to save each of us from a life separated from God.

God is Perfectly Good!

So, Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. (Mark 10:18)

God Loves YOU!

The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness. (Jeremiah 31:3)

Every person is flawed by sin!

…for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23).

Our Sin Has Separated Us from God!

But your iniquities have separated you from your God; And your sins have  hidden His face from you (Isaiah 59:2)

God Still Loves Us and Offers to Restore Us!

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)
